A few things to know-
• A prepayment for the exam fee is required when you schedule. This reserves your dedicated time with our team.
• If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice and your prepayment can be refunded.
• New clients: please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete paperwork, or ask us to email forms in advance.
Why Preventive Care Matters
Regular checkups allow us to catch problems early—often before your pet shows any symptoms. Pets age faster than we do, so a yearly exam is like you seeing your doctor every 5–7 years. For senior pets (age 7+), we recommend exams every 6 months.
Preventive care isn't just about finding problems. It's about building a relationship so we truly know your pet—their personality, their baseline health, and what's normal for them. That knowledge helps us provide better care when it matters most.
