  • Bring your pet in for their normal veterinary visit but instead of paying today, your charges will be passed to Snout and within 48 hours. Snout will email you a receipt detailing what was paid on your behalf. Any non-covered services and sales tax will be charged to your card on file.

  • Plans are a 12-month commitment. Cancellations are only permitted for certain circumstances and a $25 cancellation fee may be charged. The balance of plan services used will be due upon cancellation.

  • Every plan is unique to the hospital you enrolled at. Plans cannot be used at other hospitals unless specified.

  • No, plan benefits cannot be applied to appointments that have already happened. You must enroll before or during your visit. However, once enrolled, your plan benefits are available immediately for all future visits.
