What to expect at your first visit
Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know you and your pet, review medical history, and establish a baseline of health to measure against over time.
Preparing for your appointment
- Please arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out new client paperwork.
- Bring any prior veterinary records, vaccine history, or lab results you have.
- Write down any questions or concerns you have so we can cover everything important to you.
- If your pet is anxious or reactive at the vet, let us know. We can arrange a low-stress visit in a separate waiting area.
Payment for your pet care
At Horse Heaven Hills Pet Urgent Care & Veterinary Center, we strive to make paying for your pet's care as convenient as possible. We accept cash, debit cards, all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is due at the time services are provided.
We believe that preventive care should be accessible for every pet. That's why we offer Snout Wellness Plans, a membership program that bundles your dog or cat's annual wellness needs into an easy monthly payment.
